Nanny is very helpful and gentle in nature, she has lots of initiatives and always ensures that I get sufficient rest and helps to take care of baby as much as possible. We are grateful for her help during the confinement period, and she’s a great teacher in training my helper too!

Helper took responsibility in taking care of baby in the night and my wife is able to rest well during the confinement period.

Thursday is Pei Feng’s last day with us and I really appreciate you allocated her to us! First time mother without parents help here, so it was huge relief for me to have like her for the first month. She is really patient and very gentle with our baby, and I’m sure I wasn’t able to take care of myself better without her. My baby was hospitalised because of jaundice in the first week, and she was really kind enough to pack a meal for me to eat at the hospital. I will definitely miss her when she leaves our place.

I am blessed to have Meijiao Jie as my confinement nanny. As I delivered my baby at an early date, I needed an experienced nanny who could care for preemies urgently. Meijiao Jie was indeed an angel sent by God. She is not only experienced in taking care of preemies, she could cook delicious confinement food too. She is well-liked by my whole family as she is easy-going, responsible and caring. Through the interactions Meijiao Jie had with my baby and elder child, I could tell that she likes children very much. Nanny Ah Ping has taken good care of both myself and my baby, allowing me to rest well during the confinement period. She has planned her time well to suit the feeding demands of my baby. I love the nourishing meals and tonic soups that she prepared for my recuperation. Her dishes are not only delicious and well portioned too!

I am very satisfied with my confinement nanny’s service as she has taken good care of me and my baby which allows me to have a good rest during the confinement period and my baby is growing well too.
Here are some of her good points:
• She cooks really well! We were fortunate to get to try the full range of dishes (besides confinement food), and she whipped up other yummy home-cooked dishes and both my daughters likes her cooking.
• She has good knowledge of Chinese herbs and went with my clueless husband to the medical hall to get herb to get rid of the mucus around my baby’s eyes.
• She is very observant, noticing my preferences in eating and the portion I eat so as to cater to my taste buds and to cook exactly the right portion.
• She is efficient in her work and often take initiatives in her work.
• She understands my baby’s need and will attend to him accordingly.

When there was an issue with my initial nanny (from another agent), Josian Confinement came to the rescue in just 2 days. I was relieved and thankful that they could be so efficient to find one nanny for me as I needed rest after delivery baby. I was surprised that in such a short noticed, I could get a good nanny as well. My nanny, Mei Ling, took great responsibility to take care of not only the baby, but for me and my family with delicious food, sometimes going beyond what was required of her. It was great to have a jovial nanny around to make my confinement less stressful. Just writing a feedback for Aunty Amy. We are satisfied with aunty’s service. She cooks well. We are amazed that she can complete so many tasks within a day and still is able to do the tedious night shift of feeding the baby. Our baby is not easy to deal with, especially with his crankiness which can last throughout 3 hours. We are thankful that Aunty Amy is patient with the baby and teaches us how to take care as first time parents. She made this transition period smoother one for me as a new mummy.

Thankful for the help Auntie Pei Feng has rendered us with the newborn baby. She is never pushy and conscientiously does her part in taking care of baby so that I can have sufficient rest. Also appreciate Josephine taking time to hear our needs and concerns prior to the confinement period, to ensure we are matched with the most suitable auntie.

Nanny is very attentive and very sensitive towards the needs of mommy and baby. She is very adaptable and professional in her work. We would like to thank Josian Services for the help in getting us nanny to tide us thru the very difficult time.

Nanny was a great help to my wife and I during the confinement period. At first time parents, she taught as how to bathe our newborn, things to look out for during cleaning and feeding. She’s receptive to our feedback as to how we want certain things prepared and will ensure she remembers it. She’s patient, caring and did try to ensure we can survive after the confinement month!
