First of all,we would like to extend our special thanks to you for arranging such a wonderful confinement nanny Amy Chong and our experience with her have been very pleasant and very positive so far.
In fact,we are so pleased with her performance that we would like to compliment her excellent working attitude and her professionalism.
Being 1st timer parents we have almost zero or limited knowledge in handling newborns or babies but fortunately Nanny Amy have been of great help to us right from the 1st day she arrived.
She is very experienced in taking care of newborns and is also very patient and takes care of my baby as though it was hers. She is also very friendly and also willing to share tips and critical knowledge about handling and taking care of newborns.
Not only she is competent in handling babies she is also a great cook who can come up with nice dishes not only for my wife and also for me.
So far her cooking has not disappointed us,especially me as I am well known to be picky and fussy about food.
She is also very proactive in doing household chores and always does them with due dilligence and so far we had no complains about her.
Last but not least,we feel abit sad that she is leaving us as the contract is coming to an end soon but we wish her all the best in all her future endeavours !

Mei Wah is an excellent nanny, I was lucky to have her. Because I am Japanese, I wanted someone who had flexible mind on confinement custom and accepted my requests. Mei Wah is disciplined, she woke up and took good care of our son and me at midnight feedings without fail.
Lastly, I have to say she cooks amazingly well! All her dishes were beautifully plated and tasted great.
If I will have second baby, I would definitely like to have her again. Thank you Mei Wah!

Auntie Alice is very patient towards my little one. She will always try her best to calm him down.
She will ensure that my little one stop and burp in between feed before continuing the rest of it.
She's also flexible and receptive towards suggestions and gets along well with my family.
It will be better if Auntie Alice can take a bit more initiative and not to be too task oriented.
Overall she's a good confinement nanny and definitely helpful to have her with us. 🙂

Jo managed to find us a nanny at the last minute when our first direct hire nanny did not turn up. Nanny Pei Feng was a big help to us new parents of twins. She was attentive to the needs of the babies and was gentle with them. She managed to take care of twins at night by herself which allowed the family much needed rest. Thank you

Great experience with Nanny Ng Bee Kiaw- she quickly bonded with our Baby Girl and took very good care of her. She is also a very good cook - her meals were delicious and she was able to prepare them very quickly. We highly recommend Nanny Ng Bee Kiaw for the care of your baby.

We were very blessed to have Pei Feng as our confinement nanny. As a first time mom, having her around was really reassuring. We learned a lot from her and she made us feel much more confident in dealing with a new born baby. Every time I thought there was something wrong with my baby she reassured me that it was normal, which was great. Her meals are healthy and delicious. Most importantly she has such a sweet and calm nature that she would easily settle our little girl when she was cranky. I wish we could keep her forever! We will definitely request for her help again with our next baby. She made us feel comfortable and I felt safe leaving my baby with her. Highly recommend.

1st of all, I would like to thank you for getting such a good nanny for us.
As you are aware, my wife and myself are 1st time parent and really don't know what to expect, having seemingly young and fragile life coming into our life. Luckily Amy is very experienced and taught us many things in taking care of our precious one. Even my mother in law praised her for knowledge and she is also glad that we engage a confinement nanny. She even said the she doubt we can handle all these, without the help of Amy. With her around, the whole family can sleep peacefully.
Before we look for the confinement lady, one of the other aspect we are worried about is the food. We are worried that my wife couldn't get use to the taste and ended up not eating, which will be really bad for her recovery. To our pleasant surprise, Amy cooks very well and my wife finished everything, every meal! She is so happy with the cooking and even asked Amy to impart some cooking skill.
It's also surprisingly easy to have Amy living with us. Day 1 she is a complete stranger and within a short few days, she is like part of the family, imparting her knowledge about taking care of children, doing groceries, sharing our stories, telling jokes and more.
It's sad to see her leave (because that means I no longer have my peaceful rest) I am sure the baby will miss her and my wife will miss her cooking. But I am sure we will soon meet again... maybe next year ;p

The nanny was very responsible in taking care of the baby and efficient in her duties which allowed mummy to have sufficient rest during the service period. I am once again thankful (returning customer) with Josephine for find me a good nanny.

As this was our third and last baby, we engaged our “Ayi” for 2 months instead of the standard 1 month so I could make a proper post-birth recovery while managing my two older children. We are so thankful to have had Ayi with us during this time. Ayi made nutritious yet delicious meals and soups for me each day, and even taught my helper how to make them for me after my confinement period is over. She tenderly looked after my baby boy who was born prematurely at 7 months gestation. I was a bit rusty on newborn care after a few years passed since my second child was born, so she helped refresh my memory on how to bathe our baby properly. You can tell she genuinely loves working with newborns. She also bonded with my two older girls as well while she stayed in our home. Best of all, she helped me get as good a night’s rest as can be possible when having to nurse a newborn. We will all miss Ayi very much when she returns to Malaysia and wish her all the best!

We really appreciate our confinement Nanny - auntie Alice. She is very patient and detail driven. She takes care of my baby 24-7 diligently, I can fully trust her so I have a peace of mind to fully focus on my confiment period and breastmilk pumping. Thank you so much auntie Alice.
